Yes — we ship to all mainland Australian states and Tasmania via overnight refrigerated freight. All meat is vacuum-sealed and packed in insulated boxes with dry ice. Delivery is free on orders over $150.

Yes — we have a farm gate open most Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm (September through May). Outside those hours, contact us to arrange a time. We love meeting our customers.

Weaner lambs are typically available from October through December. Breeding ewes are available in autumn. Get in touch early to be added to our waitlist — demand exceeds supply most seasons.

Yes, we supply a small number of restaurants and independent butchers in Sydney and Canberra. We prioritise relationships where provenance matters and quantity is manageable. Contact us with your requirements and we’ll have a conversation.
